India has High UV radiations compared to China and European Countries. After an extensive R&D done for many years , Dimex has come up with a special high UV retardant formulation. It has been formulated, developed tested in India under the Make in India plan to best suit the Indian environmental conditions. The UPVC profiles has to be formulated with adequate amounts of UV stabilizers and Titanium Dioxide(TiO2) to make them withstand all harsh and extreme weathers. It is to be noted that Dimex profiles are made with 7 to 8 parts of titanium dioxide to sustain high UV radiations. These additives are very expensive compared to PVC Resins and other carbon Fillers which are considered to be main reasons for the fading of colour in the windows.
